User agreement

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the terms and conditions of using the Tax In Flow online platform (the “Platform”). It is concluded between Individual Entrepreneur Evgeny Golban (the “Company”) and the individual entrepreneur-client using the Platform (the “User”). The Company and the User are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

1. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking “Register” or by continuing to use the Platform, the User confirms that they have read and accept the terms of this Agreement. This action constitutes acceptance of the offer and establishes a binding contract between the Parties.

2. Purpose and Functionality of the Platform

The Platform provides the following services to the User:

  1. automated calculation of tax obligations,
  2. preparation and submission of reports to the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia (SRC RA) via https://src.am/,
  3. preparation and submission of data through https://self-portal.taxservice.am/ on behalf of the User based on the information provided by them,
  4. access to a Personal Dashboard with financial analytics.

The Platform is intended for individual entrepreneurs using the simplified taxation system and having no employees.

3. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

  1. provide accurate, up-to-date, and correct information required for generating reports,
  2. promptly update information in case of changes,
  3. not share access with third parties.

The Company is not responsible for the consequences of submitting reports (including fines, additional tax obligations, or other losses) generated based on inaccurate or incorrect information provided by the User.

4. Authorized Actions on Behalf of the User

The User authorizes the Company to:

  1. generate tax reports,
  2. submit information to government systems,
  3. register invoices and submit data through https://self-portal.taxservice.am/, strictly based on the information provided by the User and within the functionality of the Platform.

5. Payments and Refunds

Access to the Platform is provided through a prepaid subscription.
The User may purchase a monthly subscription or a longer-term plan.

If the User paid for several months in advance:

  1. upon cancellation, the unused portion of the subscription will be refunded,
  2. the payment for the first and current month of access is non-refundable, as the User received full access to the Platform’s services.
