This is Tax In Flow — an online accounting service in Armenia.

At this stage, our service is available only for Individual Entrepreneurs (IE) on the simplified taxation system without employees.

We start with two core features:

  1. tax calculation,
  2. monthly tax reporting.

Our mission is to make accounting in Armenia as simple and effortless as possible — so it does not take your time or attention.

We aim to provide an easy-to-use online tool available 24/7, fully automated, and fairly priced.

How it works

  1. Register and choose a subscription plan
  2. Enter your IE details
  3. Enter issued invoices (or upload bank statements)
  4. Review and confirm invoices in your Personal Dashboard
  5. The system calculates your taxes and clearly shows how much you need to pay — in Armenian, Russian, or English
  6. You pay the taxes manually
  7. Every month we submit your reports to the tax authorities; you will see status updates in your Dashboard
  8. We notify you about approaching and active tax payment deadlines

  • 36,000 AMD 30,000 AMD — 1 quarter (10,000 AMD/month)
  • 120,000 AMD — 1 year (10,000 AMD/month)

We are also working on integrations with several banks so you won’t need to upload statements manually. Soon, the entire process will become even faster and more transparent.

How to get started

  1. Simply upload your data into the system — we’ll notify you whenever action is needed.
  2. From the first month of use, we will request the necessary information and then either submit your tax reports or calculate your taxes for you.
  3. Everything will be easy — and if questions arise, we will do our best to help.

If you’re not an IE on the simplified tax system (e.g., you’re an LLC, have employees, or use another taxation regime), leave your contact information and we will notify you once the corresponding functionality becomes available.
